A 48-year-old Hindu priest in Bangladesh was today stabbed and critically injured by unidentified assailants, a day after another priest from the minority community and a Buddhist leader were brutally hacked to death by machete-wielding ISIS militants. Bhabasindhu Roy of the Sri Sri Radha Gobinda Temple in the southwestern Satkhira district was attacked inside the temple compound as he slept, police said. Seven to eight assailants knocked at the door of the priest’s house. When he opened the door thinking it was the night guard, they stormed into in the house and attacked him with sharp weapons in his chest and back.
