Bollywood actor Salman Khan went to Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai, this Sunday(Feb 9) to offer his prayers along with co-actor Daisy Shah. Apparently, the actor wanted to thank God after his latest film entered the Rs.100-crore club.
The much-awaited film, which released on January 24, did not draw an overwhelming response from the audience and the critics. Salman even said that he is confused as to why this thing happened. He said that perhaps the fault lies on his part. Jai Ho, directed by Salman’s brother Sohail Khan, was expected to breach the Rs.100-crore mark at the box office within two days of its release. But unfortunately it could not garner a positive response.
Later in the day, Salman attended the Little Hearts Marathon – a children’s marathon of up to 2 km. The marathon was organised by Wadia Hospital and Siddhivinayak Temple. Addressing the mediapersons the organiser of the event and businessman Ness Wadia said the marathon would aware people about the cardiac problems. Actor Dino Moria along with Daisy Shah were also present at the event.
