More than 40 suspects were rounded up for questioning as part of investigations into the deadly terror attack at Gagangir in the Ganderbal district of Jammu and Kashmir in which seven persons were killed including five migrant workers and officials, one Kashmiri worker and a Kashmiri doctor.
The innocent victims were part of a construction team working on the Z-Moss tunnel at Kinex, a strategic project providing all-weather connectivity to Ladakh. The attack occurred late in the evening, with indiscriminate fire opened towards the construction workers.
